Rebecca Lovett
Owner & Principal Executive Assistant

Rebecca is a highly experienced executive assistant, bringing more than two decades of experience to the business and an Advanced Certificate in Executive Secretarial from the Metropolitan Business College. Rebecca has supported a number of C-suite executives throughout her career including Australia's current Prime Minister, the Hon. Scott Morrison MP, and has worked across a variety of industries, including federal politics, tourism, FMCG, media and financial services. She has a reputation for being an extremely organised assistant, with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism and confidentiality.

Rebecca provides executive support to the highest level of management and leadership personnel, undertaking tasks such as diary management, domestic and international travel bookings (including flights, hotels, car transfers, foreign currency exchange and visas), proofreading and document formatting, meeting minutes, board packages, event planning, bill payments, as well as coordination of personal affairs.

Rebecca created Lovett Virtual PA Services in 2017, after relocating from Sydney to the Lake Macquarie region with her family. Rebecca discovered a growing number of senior executives required virtual support, rather than a full-time executive assistant. Today she is a trusted virtual executive assistant to active and semi-retired business leaders in Australia and the USA.
